The Villa is a beautiful 3 bedroomed villa in a green zone of Javea on the edge of Tosalet, sleeps 6, with private pool.
Electronic gates lead into this fabulous, very private, enclosed garden offering a haven of tranquility and peace. There is parking within the gates for 2 cars.
Steps up lead onto the “L” shaped terrace, which overlooks the pool and garden, furnished and designed to enjoy outdoor meals. There is a purpose built BBQ, and a sauna.
The lounge/dining room is spacious and furnished to a high standard with satellite TV and stereo. The kitchen is bright and modern and fitted with fridge/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher and microwave.
On this level, there are two twin bedded rooms, a shower room and a bath room. The bedrooms have ceiling fans and fitted wardrobes.
Upstairs, there is a double bedroom with TV and video, with an en-suite bathroom and large jacuzzi.
This bedroom has its own private terrace which overlooks the garden and pool.
The master bedroom, living and dining room all have air conditioning.
Downstairs there is a utility room with a washing machine. There is also a large playroom with table tennis in this part of the villa.
The swimming pool is 10m x 5m and has a kiddies’ slide. There are 2 outdoor showers, a purpose built barbecue and a sauna.
