The large covered barbecue area leads via patio doors into the spacious, modern kitchen and separate utility room with washing machine. An arch from the kitchen takes us into a high ceilinged dining area and beautifully furnished lounge. From here a corridor leads to two single bedrooms which share a bathroom and the master bedroom with double bed and en suite shower room. There is another double bedroom in this part of the house together with a separate bathroom.
From the lounge, patio doors lead onto the paved terrace and kidney-shaped pool and back to the barbecue area with table and chairs for al fresco meals. Steps from the terrace lead down to a totally enclosed play area ideal for children.
