A superb family villa, situated in the exclusive El Paraiso valley on the Costa del Sol. As well as being a family home, the villa is available for holiday rental.
The oak front door leads to a spacious hallway, with an Andalucian style staircase leading to the 3 bedrooms. The hallway opens out onto a large, bright lounge, with patio doors leading to the extensive gardens and pool. To the left of the lounge is the 'Den' where you can sit in comfort and watch the TV, which shows all the 'free to air' UK channels. To the right of the lounge are the open plan kitchen and the dinning room. The villa has under floor heating for the cooler evenings in the winter.
The hallway entrance is via a large oak door. The hallway is light and airy with Andalucian style staircase leading to the bedrooms. The downstairs cloakroom is accessible from here.
From the hallway you enter, via a couple of steps into the large, open plan, bright lounge. The lounge is tastefully furnished with sofas and armchairs, centred around an open fireplace. Many of the other items of furniture are antique in keeping with the theme of the villa. This is a room furnished for relaxation. The large French windows make it light and airy and lead to the terrace, garden and pool. There is a separate fridge for drinks in the living room.
The Den is a small and separate room with beamed ceiling is to the left of the lounge, the leather armchairs allow you to watch a DVD, video or television which shows the 'free to air' UK channels, or just listen to music on the stereo system, in peace and quiet, while not disturbing the rest of the household. There is also an open fireplace in this room and plenty of board games and jigsaws to keep you occupied.
The Kitchen is the hub of the villa. Being open-plan it allows you to join in the company, whilst preparing the culinary delights associated with the Costa del Sol. The traditional, oak kitchen is fully equipped, with built in oven & microwave, American fridge, and a central preparation unit with ceramic hob and extractor fan. You will find everything you need, including a seriously large cork screw attached to one of the units!
Utility Room - set off the kitchen, there is a washing machine, plenty of storage and an outside drying area with washing line, which is surrounded by bougainvillea and jasmine bushes.
The Dining Room - a traditional dining room with a large oak table, chairs seating 8 people, and a sideboard stretching the length of one of the walls. Direct access from the kitchen and also to the terrace.
THE POOL - situated the other side of the terrace is a large, private swimming pool which is ideal for cooling off, or just having fun! There is also an outside toilet and shower room, so you don't have to brave the marble floors if your feet are wet from the pool.
GARDEN - At the front of the villa, there are two carports and parking space for many more cars in the drive, all secure behind the electrically operated main gates. Mirasierra's mature, secluded and large garden is laid with plenty of grassed areas and is home to bougainvillea, hibiscus, jasmine, and numerous other Mediterranean plants. There are a number of fruit trees, including lemon, fig, nectarine and pomegranate. At night the scent of 'dama de la noche' (Lady of the Night) and jasmine fills the air. The garden is shielded on all sides by either walls or hedges, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay. The sunny terrace, which can be access from the whole of the ground floor, is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. There are tables, chairs and sun loungers.

A 5/10 minute walk to El Paraiso Golf Course and Club House. Other golf courses are within a few minutes drive.
