The lounge is light, modern and tastefully furnished, with comfortable real leather settees and seating. Patio doors lead to the large, wrap-around balcony which is fully equipped with patio furniture, table, chairs and sun loungers.
Being a frontline golf apartment, the lounge, master bedroom and balcony have spectacular views over Los Lagos, Mijas Golf.
The apartment is equipped with Satellite TV showing the regular ’free to air’ UK channels. There is a mini stereo system for playing CD's and tapes plus the local radio stations . The bedrooms are arranged as 1 double, 2 twin and one single room. The master bedroom has ’en suite’ and there is another full shower room to accommodate the other bedrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine & microwave as well as all the other appliances you would expect from 1st class accommodation. Enjoy eating your gastronomic pleasures on the balcony , watching the golfers or, if you prefer, inside.
Las Golondrinas has 2, large communal swimming pools, one is heated in the winter months.

Many of the other golf courses are within a 15 minutes drive, making it ideal for a winter, family, or golfing holiday. The beaches are also just a short 15 minute drive away, so it is an ideal location for a family holiday away from the bustling town of Fuengirola, which is only a short drive. Here you will find bars, restaurants and entertainment to suit all ages and tastes.

Within a few minutes walk there is a mini market, bar and the excellent El Golf restaurant or enjoy the nightly entertainment in The Matchroom next door.

The town Fuengirola is only a short 15 minute drive away. Here you will find a huge selection of shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs to cater for every taste. Fuengirola caters for the holidaymaker with it’s a harbour and beautiful beaches, which go for miles. You will also find a water park and zoo and other tourist attractions.
Mijas Pueblo is one of the oldest ‘white villages’ in Spain. 20 minutes drive up into the mountain, it is situated 1200 feet above sea level and has some of the most breathtaking views you will come across.
The cable car at Benalmadena takes you to the peak of the Calamorro Mountain, rising up 724 metres, where the panorama is spectacular, on a clear day you can see as far as the Rock of Gibraltar and the Coast of Morocco. You might also like to visit the Sealife Centre, Tivoli World theme park or the Dolphin Park.
Driving to the historic towns of Seville, Granada, with the famous El Alhambra Palace, takes less than 2 ½ hours. Or take a trip to the duty free port of Gibraltar only 80 minutes away. Excusions can be arranged at the coach station in Fuengirola.
Being in the heart of the Cost del Golf, there are many famous and not so famous golf courses to chise from. Within a 15 minute drive is Alhaurin, the new Santana, La Cala, Miraflores and many, many more are within 30 minutes. Golf tee time can be arranged.
