This is a brand new exceptionally spacious luxury four bedroom villa which lends itself to a large family group who enjoy staying together but like to retain their own relaxation space.
It is situated in a picturesque area of Javea with pleasant views of the valley and Montgo Mountain and sea views .you can walk in to Javea approximately 20 minutes
The accommodation is on two floors with access via internal staircase.
Ground floor:
A large Double bedroom with a separate family bathroom.
One spacious twin bedroom, all have built in wardrobes.
First floor:
Very large king size bedroom with patio doors leading to sun terraces. The ensuite bathroom has both separate large shower and his and hers double bath tub. And a large dressing area.
From the hall upstairs is another double luxury bedroom and ensuite shower room. With patio Doors leading to the roof terracing.
Comfortable luxury Lounge/dining room with TV/DVD and satellite with speakers in the ceiling. The room has lots of patio doors all leading to the pool and terrace.
Large oval shaped Dining room table with doors leading to the pool terrace.
The Fully equipped modern Kitchen has fridge freezer American style, dish washer, washing machine, built-in oven, gas hob and microwave. Doorway leading to a rear terrace and BBQ area.
The BBQ area has all you need for out side entertaining.
Outside is a very attractive and enclosed 10 x 5m Swimming pool with terracing and lawn areas for sun lounging; with also shaded areas for outside eating and lounging.
Mature enclosed gardens surround the villa with private walls and fencing. The garden is flat with grass and terracing.
To the front of the villa there is covered parking for 2 cars as well as road parking.
The villa has all electric shutters and mosquito nets to the entire bedroom.
The villa has full air conditioning this is an optional extra £70 pw if required.

Just Four minutes drive from Javea bay port. Four minutes drive from the nearest supermarket, shops and garage.
Three minutes drive to the “Arenal” beach area with its shops, boutiques, restaurants and a wonderful 2km boulevard to stroll along in the warm evenings. A couple of minutes further and you’re in the Javea Port and Marina area or the truly amazing Javea “Old Town” which you just simply must walk through.
Alicante Airport is approx. 1 hr. 10 mins. drive.
