Full Villa Description
Entry via ornate wrought iron double gates leads to parking for two cars. The ground level has a separate self-contained apartment entered via attractive double doors into a large lounge/dining room with a TV with some English satellite channels and a DVD player, comfortable sofas and a large dining table and chairs. An open plan kitchen leads from the lounge with a range of eye and base level units, a fridge/freezer, cooker with double oven, electric hob and granite work surfaces. There is one bedroom with a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a ceiling fan. An en-suite bathroom leads from the double bedroom with a walk-in shower, W.C. and wash basin.
The apartment has great views across open countryside and to the typically Spanish village of Benitachell in the distance. The main accommodation is via sixteen steps to a glazed conservatory with wicker furniture and incredible valley and country views. Entry to the main house leads to a lounge/diner with attractive furnishings, comfortable sofas, a hi-fi system and a flat screen TV with some English satellite channels and a DVD player. There is an attractive feature fire place and beamed ceilings. The open plan kitchen has marble work surfaces and a range of eye and base level units. It incorporates a large fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, dishwasher and double ceramic sinks. A door leads to the rear of the villa and to a small covered porch and drying area. There are three bedrooms, one double and two twins all with fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. The double bedroom has an en-suite with new walk-in hydro shower, W.C. and wash basin. The separate family bathroom has a corner bath with shower over, W.C. and wash basin.
Outside there is an attractive designer shaped pool with a ´´beach style ramp´´ shallow end seating, a slide and pool-side shower. The gardens are manicured and include an ornamental fish pond, covered dining area with gas BBQ and various seating places. From the pool terrace and the villa you have stunning views of the fields across to Benitachell village and church spire and mountains in the background. There is a separate utility room with the washing machine and a sink. There is a roof top terrace (safety restrictions apply) with incredible views in all directions. This Villa is an ideal holiday home for large group or two families in a tranquil setting yet just a few minutes drive to all amenities.
Note about Air conditioning - Air Conditioning is only available in some of our villas please check the villa details or ask one of our reservation assistants if you are unsure. The use of air conditioning where available is an optional extra. The charge is £25.00 per week, per room. We will contact you by email after you have made your booking to enquire as to whether you would like to utilise the available air conditioning and if you would, we will automatically add the additional charge to your reservation.
Where air conditioning is not available we have a limited supply of 'portable air-conditioners' which can be added as an extra at time of booking.
