Kima is an absolutely warm and charming villa. This villa is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa. All the bedrooms here are bright and airy, with large windows. The bedrooms face either out to the ocean or to the large freshwater swimming pool.
As you walk into the entrance of Kima, you enter a very large and spacious living room which is furnished with the most charming wicker furniture with lovely tropical softfurnishings. There is a bar for tropical drinks and high bar chairs for this bar. The living room is very comfortable. To the far side of this large room is the indoor dining area. Dining can be your choice of either indoors or outdoors on the open verandah which faces the grassy area and ocean.
Large doors from the living room open up wide towards the swimming pool and ocean breezes. Walking out onto the verandah, there are 2 bedrooms which have direct access to this pool area. The bedrooms are very comfortable, air-conditioned, and have their own ensuite bathrooms.
The master bedroom is located up stairs, a very private hideaway, with the most georgeous balcony which accommodates lounge seats for admiring the Caribbean Sea.
This is a wonderful intimate venue for a waterfront wedding. The large grassy area, pool area and waterfront setting is a wonderful backdrop for your special day.
This villa is fully staffed with cook, housekeeper and butler. Kima is very well located to all the Ocho Rios Amenities. From here, you are only 5 minutes drive to the famous Dunns river falls, and 10 minutes to all the local craft markets, duty free shopping, restaurants, swimming with the Dolphins, new Island Village Shopping mall and much more.....
