This Villa in le Domaine is in the new development of semi detatched and detatched villas with private pools near the forest and beach (3.6 km away) in St Jean de Monts, with 3 bedroomed and 2 bath/shower rooms and 1 toilet it is suitable for 6 persons.
All houses are furnished to the owners tastes and can differ from the following description :The kitchen (10.33 msq) has a dishwasher and a washing machine, electric rings, oven, fridge freezer, sink with crockery and cutlery for 6 persons.
The lounge (33.52 msq) has 6 chairs and a dining table, buffet and chest, sofa and 2 armchairs, coffee table, french windows overlooking the pool terrace.
There are garden chairs and table.
The villa has 3 Bedrooms laid out as follows : The bedroom 1 has a double bed. Bedroom 2 : 2 single beds. Bedroom 3 : double bed or 2 singles. There is an en-suite shower-room with a handbasin, a separate toilet and a bathroom with bath and hand basin.
Sheets pillowcases and towels are included in above price, if you want your beds made up the cost is 10 euros, and more may be hired at reception.
The villas have sandy plots and tilled swimming pool terraces. The pools are approx 8 x 4 metres. The gardens are grass, sand, decking or nice gravel. Some of the hedges are not very high but there is fencing or walls around your plot of land. There is a garage (a car is recommended).
Sorry but No animals. No barbecues provided. There is a high chair, and bay cots are available.
There is a private heated pool of approx 8 x 4 metres. Pool water treatment is often by salt-electrolysis system. The pools have the appropriate legal safety requirements. The price is NOT inclusive of electricity and is therefore payable as an extra. The pool temperature is approx.22 degrees but dependant on the weather and air temperature.
There will be some childrens activities organised by reception There is an footpath/bicycle exit from the Domaine to an un-made-up road that leads you to the chemin de fontenelles forest road and approx 3 km to the beaches if you wish to cycle, or join one of the local footpaths to wander in the forest.
