These are recently built apartments set approx 150m from the southern side of St Jean de Monts beach, with a small shared pool. The beach area is the famous Plage des demoiselles. There shops at approx 1 km.

This apartment sleeps 6 max. is on the first floor and has a mezzanine and 2 showers and 2 toilets.

From the apartments balcony there is a view towards the pool. There is a sunlounger and some plastic chairs on the balcony.

In the lounge there is a sofa bed, table and a bench and a french tv.

In the kitchen corner there is a sink, fridge, 2 elctric rings, microwave and an oven.

The bedroom has a double bed 140cm wide. There is a shower room with a hand basin and washing machine. The toilet is separate.

Upstairs, there is a mezzanine which has a double bed 140 cm wide and a shower, handbasin and toilet.

There is a shared area for bicycles and a private carpark space (a car is recommended).

There is a small shared pool open from approx mid June through July and August.

Small pet may be allowed - please ask.
