Jamaican Treasures Villas offers a very affordable holiday in Jamaica with this lovely Sevilla Villa. It is stunning villa overlooking a golf course and the sea, built in a horseshoe shape around a large oval swimming pool, Sevilla Villa opens out onto the 17th fairway of Runaway Bay Golf and Country Club offering a magnificent 18-hole championship course.
This Jamaican rental villa is located in a lovely residential area that has it’s own private beach only 10 minutes walk from the villa, where you can stretch out and enjoy a cool drink in the sun by the sea, or rest under the shade of the almond trees.
Sevilla Villa is located at Runaway Bay on the north coast of Jamaica only 20 minutes away from Ocho Rios. Runaway Bay is a small, idyllic community near to such famed attractions as Dunn’s River Falls, Fern Gully, Green Grotto Caves, Cranbrook Flower Forest and Carinosa Gardens. Within a short distance of the villa, you can find an assortment of recreational activities including golf, tennis, horse back riding, polo, scuba diving and various water sports
Our residential area has it’s own private beach just a short walk away. Stretch out and enjoy a pleasant cool drink in the shade of the almond trees.
The villa, which will sleep 8/9 adults, is very private and the experienced staff will cater to your every need without intruding on your holiday. Even before you arrive feel free to make any special requests so that prior arrangements can be made.

ACCOMMODATION:
The villa will sleep ten adults/children, is very private and secluded, and experienced staff are available to cater to your every need without intruding on your holiday.
There are four large double bedrooms all with adjoining en-suite bathrooms, with the capacity to sleep up to four doubles either/or singles. Additionally we have a babies cot with sides. The bathrooms are spaciously designed, three with showers, one with bath/shower, WC, large mirror & washbasin. Two bathrooms lead to an independent small closed private garden.
All bedrooms are equipped with : TV (cable); air conditioning; walk in closet; ceiling fan; vanity unit.
Three of the bedrooms open onto a large spacious veranda surrounding the swimming pool through large double glass sliding doors. The fourth bedroom is located downstairs via a spiral staircase.
The linen room has recently been stocked with new bed linen and towels.
The kitchen is fully equipped: gas cooker; fridge/freezer; microwave; toaster; blender; cooking utensils; crockery; culinary; Leading to the utility room with washing machine.
The main entrance/front door leads into the lounge/living room comprising of: ceiling fan; 1 three-seated settee, 1 two-seater settee, 2 armchairs; dining table; 8 chairs; widescreen TV(cable); DVD; CD; Surround sound; computer with broadband internet access. Adjoining the living area is a juice bar equipped with a Champion industrial juicer, ice maker, sink with hot/cold water.
Breakfast and dinner are served on the veranda overlooking the pool. Surrounding a large oval shaped swimming pool is a wide spacious verandah comprising of dining area with dining table, eight chairs, children’s high chair, 3 lounge chairs, three deck chairs, three-seated sofa, two two-seated sofa’s, six armchairs and three coffee tables. Three of the bedrooms open onto the verandah through double glass sliding doors.
After a swim in the pool, relax on the veranda with a good book, or a cocktail and simply enjoy the breathtaking view. The villa grounds are beautifully landscaped with tropical plants such as bougainvillea, poinsettia, hibiscus and aloe vera.
The linen room has recently been stocked with new bed linen and towels.
Staff
Within the villa grounds situated to the rear of the villa is an independent staff house overlooking the main gate/entrance and private courtyard. Our resident caretaker is responsible for pool maintenance, security and villa and garden maintenance.
Upon your arrival the staff will prepare an evening meal for you and prepare breakfast the following morning. After the first night diner at the villa is optional and available, guests will be required to pay extra (J$1000) for the cook and provide the necessary ingredients.
We also have a resident driver available upon request with access to a car or mini bus. We can arrange for guests to be picked up and dropped off to and from Montego Bay Airport. The cost (to be picked up from Montego Bay Airport) for the car is US$60 and a minibus is US$120. Our cleaner/maid is available everyday without any extra cost. The villa, which will sleep 8/9 adults, is very private and the experienced staff will cater to your every need without intruding on your holiday.

Runaway Bay Golf and Country Club has for golfers a magnificent 18-hole championship course measuring 6884 yards with the back gate of the villa opens onto the 17th fairway.
Jamaica offers plenty of different nightlife opportunities, ranging from a peaceful 'sun-downer' at a thatched beach bar to an evening spent dancing to Jamaica's most energizing reggae beats. Music is very important to the people of Jamaica, and you'll find your holiday infused with melody wherever you go.
Ocho Rios lays roughly 108km (67 miles) east of Montego Bay. The name is said to have come from the old Spanish word for roaring river or, in modern Spanish, eight rivers. Ocho Rios was once a sleepy fishing village, and although there are now resort facilities, international hotels and restaurants offering a variety of cuisines, the town has kept something of the sleepy atmosphere of small-town Jamaica. One of the most stunning sights in Jamaica is Dunn’s River Falls, a crystal water stairway leading to nearby botanical gardens. Ocho Rios is known as the garden-lover’s paradise, and the Shaw Park Botanical Gardens exhibit a fascinating variety of the area’s exotic flora, for which the town is celebrated. Not surprisingly, two of the most popular tours available are to working plantations at Brimmer Hall and Prospect where sugar, bananas and spices are still grown and harvested, using many of the traditional skills handed down through generations. Any sightseeing itinerary should include a drive along Fern Gully, a road running along an old riverbed that winds through a 6.5km (4 mile) valley of ferns. Another tour is the Jamaica Night on the White River, a canoe ride up the torchlight river to the sound of drums. Dinner and an open-air bar are available on the riverbank (Sunday evenings).
