Montego Bay, Jamaica's Sunshine Villa sits on a half acre lot on Ironshore Resort Estate, beautifully landscaped with tropical fruits and flowers. The gentle slope affords a panoramic view of the golf course in the foreground, and the blue Caribbean Sea in the background.
There is a very warm atmosphere in Sunshine Villa. The living room opens up onto a veranda which looks out onto the blue sparkling swimming pool which has views of the Caribbean Sea. Around the gardens are local tropical trees and shrubs. There are colorful tropical flowers, exotic plants, medicinal herbs and native plants in this special garden. Take a little walk through the garden and there is a secret spot with a swing and sitting area.
The Verandah also houses a trellis covered with plants and surrounds a welcoming Jacuzzi. This a welcoming spot for relaxing and enjoying the luxury of your Jacuzzi. This is a tranquil hideaway. You may also have Spa treatments on the villa premises if you would like a special treat. Villa management can easily arrange for the best professionals for massages, facials, body wraps and all types of body pampering solutions to make your holiday one of pure luxurious indulgence.
There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms on the main floor. Upstairs there are two connecting villa suites, each having their own bathroom and balcony. Al the bedrooms are comfortable and are air-conditioned, have ceiling fans and cable TV. This villa can sleep up to 18 people, extra charge may apply above 12 people. This is a favorite for large groups, large family holidays, or honeymooners who enjoy the special suites upstairs.
Sunshine villa is a fully staffed villa, with 7 members who will make sure your holiday is relaxing and worry free. A full-time housekeeper cleans your rooms daily and will do personal laundry. The resident caretaker keeps your swimming pool sparkling clean, and greets you in the morning with fresh Blue Mountain coffee on the patio. There is an air conditioned minibus and driver at your disposal should you wish to include this in your vacation package. He is available for day and evening transportation and tours.
