This Villa is in le Domaine development of new gated detached villas with private pools near the forest and beach only 3.6 km away from St Jean de Monts. Villa Prestige (Jade) is a large 4 bedroomed and 2 bath/shower rooms detached villa. With the Prestige, you also receive a bottle of champagne, one hour of cleaning service in the middle of your stay, your beds will be made up on arrival for you and also a television.
The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine,4 electric rings, oven, fridge freezer, double sink with crockery and cutlery for 8 persons.
All houses are furnished to the owners tastes and can differ from the following description : The large lounge often has 8 chairs and a dining table, buffet and chest, sofa and 2 armchairs, coffee table, french windows overlooking the pool.
There are 8 garden chairs and table.
Downstairs there is a master bedroom and a shower room with handbasin and separate toilet. The bedroom normally has a double bed. Upstairs are three bedrooms 2/3/4 and the main bathroom and a further separate toilet room.
The bedrooms are as follows : Bedroom 2 : normally 2 single beds. Bedroom 3 : normally double bed. Bedroom 4 : normally 2 single beds. Sheets and towels are provided and extras can be hired.
The villas have sandy plots and tilled swimming pool terraces. The pools are approx 8 x 4 metres. The gardens are grass, sand, decking or gravel. Some of the hedges are not very high but there is fencing or walls around your plot of land. There is a garage (a car is recommended).

There is a private heated pool of approx 8 x 4 metres. Pool water treatment is often by salt-electrolysis system. The pools have the appropriate legal safety requirements. The price is NOT inclusive of electricity and is therefore payable as an extra. The pool temperature is approx.22 degrees but dependant on the weather and air temperature.
There will be some childrens activities organised by reception. There is an footpath/bicycle exit from the Domaine to an un-made-up road that leads you to the chemin de fontenelles forest road and approx 3 km to the beaches if you wish to cycle, or join one of the local footpaths to wander in the forest.
