A deceptively large 4 bedroom cottage built in 1688 and has been newly renovated . The cottage has comfortable accommodation as follows:
The entrance opens into the rear of the house.
The lounge which is large is to the left and has 2 large comfy settees. There is a large breton fireplace with wood burning stove for those winter evenings. Tv, Video and DVD player. CD player.
The downstairs bedroom with bunk beds is off the lounge. The Front door opens onto the front garden which has Views over Serent and surrounding area.
The kitchen is to the right of the entrance and has Cooker, washing machine and Fridge freezer. A door leads from the kitchen to large dining room with Breton Oak table and chairs. Window overlooks the front garden.
The staircase is central and leads from the entrance. A large landing leads to 2 double bedrooms, the main one with an ensuite shower room. a further twin room. the main bathroom is off the hallway. A doorway opens to overlook the rear garden.

The cottage is situated 2 minutes from the quaint village of Serent. The Village called La Touche Poupeaux is a small cluster of houses and is ideally situated for sightseeing or just relaxing.
Serent is a really bustling place and has its own Bars and restaurants. there is a small market in the week. There is a wonderful Boulangerie which sells mouthwatering delights. There is also a large supermarket.
Serent is around 15-20 minutes drive from Vannes and the coast
