This Villa is set in the new gated development of detached villas with private pools near the forest and beach only 3.6 km away in St Jean de Monts, Villa 8 persons. EMERAUDE is a large 4 bedroomed and 2 bath/shower rooms detached luxury villa, built in 2003.
All houses are furnished to the owners tastes and can differ from the following description - The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine, electric rings, oven, fridge freezer, sink with crockery and cutlery for 8 persons.
The large lounge has 8 chairs and a dining table, buffet and chest, sofa and 2 armchairs, coffee table, french windows overlooking the pool terrace.
There are garden chairs and table.
Downstairs are 2 bedrooms : The bedroom 1 often has a double bed. Bedroom 2 : either 2 single beds or a double. There is a bathroom downstairs with a bath and handbasin and a separate toilet.
Upstairs are bedrooms 3 and 4 and a shower-room with a toilet and handbasin. The bedrooms are as follows : Bedroom 3 : either a double bed or 2 singles. Bedroom 4 : 2 single beds. Sheets and towels are provided and extras can be hired.
The villas have sandy plots and tilled swimming pool terraces. The pools are approx 8 x 4 metres. The gardens are grass, sand, decking or gravel. Some of the hedges are not very high but there is fencing or walls around your plot of land. There is a garage (a car is recommended).
Sorry but No animals. Barbecues provided. There is central heating, a high chair, and a baby cot is available.
There is a private heated pool of approx 8 x 4 metres. Pool water treatment is often by salt-electrolysis system. The pools have the appropriate legal safety requirements. The price is NOT inclusive of electricity and is therefore payable as an extra. The pool temperature is approx.22 degrees but dependant on the weather and air temperature.
There will be some childrens activities organised by reception There is an footpath/bicycle exit from the Domaine to an un-made-up road that leads you to the chemin de fontenelles forest road and approx 3 km to the beaches if you wish to cycle, or join one of the local footpaths to wander in the forest.
