These residence apartments with swimming pool on les Fontenelles golf course, self catering, half or full board. We are happy to quote for half or full board golfing holidays with reduced green fees at all the surrounding golfs. The Residence is on the 18 hole golf course les Fontenelles - there is a 20% price reduction for the golf for clients staying in residence.
There will be 5 different sized apartments available from 4 to 8 people, fully equipped kitchens, with 1 to 4 bedrooms with 1 or 2 bathrooms.
Please note one wing opened summer 2004 and the next wings delivery phase date is summer 2005, so there will be building work around this summer.
In this high standard Residence there is a total of 86 apartments with a lift, distributed as follows : ground floor 20 apartments, first floor 26 apartments, second floor 26 apartments, third floor 12 apartments, fourth floor 2 apartments. All the apartments have a balcony varying from 4.70 metres square to 15 metres sq. (except the ground floor). The apartments face one of three directions : south, west and east.
The swimming pool is heated and is 274 metres square with a childrens pool which is 26 metres square. There are 2 tennis courts 7 euros per hour.
There are parking areas which are uncovered situated at approx 150 metres from the apartment, or a garage for 23 euros per week. There are communal gardens. There is horse riding nearby 800metres, where there is a special reduction for clients staying in the residence.
All the apartments are tiled inside with white walls and often have pine furniture. The balcony has a view often of the golf course or the countryside.
In the equipped kitchen area there is a dishwasher, sink, fridge, electric rings and an electric oven and the crockery and cutlery.
The bathrooms have the bath with a handbasin and a separate toilet.

Type T2 for 2 to 4 persons (priced below) approx 46 metres square : There is a corner kitchen area. Lounge area with a sofa bed for 2 people. I bedroom with a bed size : 160cm x 200 cm. Bathroom with bath and handbasin. Separate toilet.

Type T2 mezzanine for 4 to 5 persons approx 56 metres square . There is a corner kitchen area. Lounge area with a sofa bed for 2 people. 1 bedroom with a bed size : 160cm x 200 cm. 1 mezzanine bedroom area with 2 twin beds 80 cm wide . Bathroom with bath and handbasin. Separate toilet.
Type C
Type T3 for 4 to 6 persons approx 60 metres square . There is a corner kitchen area. Lounge area with a sofa bed for 2 people. 1 bedroom with a bed size : 160cm x 200 cm. 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds 80cm wide. Bathroom with bath and 2 handbasins. Some of these size also have a second shower room. Separate toilet.
Type B
Type T4 duplex for 6 to 8 persons approx 81 metres square. There is a corner kitchen area. Lounge area with a sofa. 1 bedroom with a bed size : 160cm x 200 cm. 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds . 1 mezzanine bedroom area with 2 twin beds 80cm wide. Bathroom with bath and 2 handbasins. Some of these size also have a second shower room. Separate toilet.
Type A
Type T5 duplex for 8 persons approx 110 metres square. There is a kitchen and dining room. Lounge area with a sofa . 1 bedroom with a bed size : 160cm x 200 cm. En suite shower room with handbasin. 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds 80cm wide. 1 bedroom with a bed size : 160cm x 200 cm. Bathroom with bath . Separate toilet. Upstairs : 1 double bedroom . 1 shower room. Toilet.

The Residence is on the 18 hole golf course les Fontenelles - there is a 20% price reduction for the golf for clients staying in residence Full price is 45 euros. Les Fontenelles is well known locally for its good training facilities, it is a bocage course with water obstacles too as well as a oak and maritime pine section.- There are 25 Practice posts, 10 of which are covered, there is a pitching green , and 2 Putting greens. It is 6195m long ie a yardage of 6766, par 72, Slope 131. there is a pro shop and you can hire equipment too. There are local seaside and forest courses too for example St Jean de Monts, playable all year as built on sand. It is part of the Formule golf chain.
PRICES: Type T2 for 2 to 4 persons PRICES INCLUDE: Sheets and towels, cold and hot water, and electricity in July and August.
PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE: Cleaning costs. Local tourist tax per person per day 1/4-30/9 Electricity is extra outside July and August - for a family of 5 in 2003 the average cost of electricity per week was about £15. Only applicable outside July and August.
Additional services available from the complex’s reception that may be booked here: cot or high chair cost 12 euros per week per item; extra sheets and towels : just sheets cost 5 euros per bed per change, or just towels which includes 1 bath and 1 hand towel costs 7 euros; French television (not satellite) 30 euros per week.
Arrival days are normally from Saturday 16h/4pm to Saturday 10h/10am, but you may book per night outside July and August and arrive any day.
SECURITY AND CLEANING DEPOSIT: A deposit of 230 euros is required on arrival by credit card. It will be returned only if the apartment is clean subject to normal rules.
You will be given directions after final balance payment has been made.
