in St Jean de Monts:
This is a brand new holiday villa complex at St Hilaire de Riez, with swimming pool and childrens club, only 650 metres from the sandy beach.
Only 650m from the famous long, sandy beach and set amongst the sand dunes and pine forest, this complex (holiday village) of various sized holiday villas, has a heated swimming pool and childrens club, a reception and bike hire can be organised.
At the reception, you may order your bread for a morning delivery.
This new holiday village is in an ideal situation near St Jean de Monts, on the edge of the preserved national forest with lovely cycle tracks in the forest. There is a road to cross which runs in front of the holiday village, and then there is a track through the forest which is 650m.
All the villas are in groups of adjoining villas but each has a private outside area with a terrace and with table and chairs. There are numbered separate parking spaces as the complex is semi-pedestrianised.
All the villas are tiled inside with white walls and often have pine furniture. The doors from the terrace lead into the open plan lounge with sofa, dining and kitchen area, with open stairs which lead up to the mezzanine.
In the kitchen area there is a sink, fridge with freezer compartment, electric rings and a mini-oven and the crockery and cutlery.
The width of beds are Double approx.140cm, Single approx. 80cm. There are blankets, bedspreads or eiderdowns and pillows in the villas.
The bathrooms have a flexible shower hose fitment from the bath. This house has 2 bedrooms and a third open mezzanine bedroom.
There are 2 type villas available. Below are further details and prices for Type A
6 persons T3 Mezzanine, approx 51 - 58 m²: downstairs there is one double bedroom with ensuite shower or bathroom (with bath and a flexible shower hose fitment) and separate toilet. Upstairs: there is a bedroom with 2 single beds or a double, and a sofa bed for 2 people or 2 singles on the mezzanine.
Some of the villas have a second bathroom with bath and a flexible shower hose fitment, and some have a second toilet. Please request if essential.

Type B is for 4 and 5 persons
There will be 140 villas in this complex in 26 groups, with 60 built June 2004, next phase 2005. The villas are in groups of 4 and 6 and 8 villas.
PRICES INCLUDE: cold and hot water, and electricity in July and August.
PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE: Local tourist tax 0.30 euros per person per day 1/4-30/9. Electricity and heating outside July and August - for a family of 5 in 2003 the average cost of electricity per week was about £15. Only applicable outside July and August. Sheets and towels can be rented - see property services section.
Additional services available from the complex’s reception that may be booked here: A pre-orderable bakery delivery service ; cot or high chair cost 12 euros per week per item; sheets and towels : just sheets cost 5 euros per bed per change, or just towels which includes 1 bath and 1 hand towel costs 7 euros; French television (not satellite) 30 euros per week.
Arrival days are normally from Saturday 16h/4pm to Saturday 10h/10am, but you may book per night outside July and August and arrive any day.

A deposit of 230 euros is required on arrival by credit card.
