in St Jean de Monts:
Residential Azur is only 400m from the beach and with no roads to cross, just a pathway through the sand dunes - and by the forest. You are in St Jean de Monts postal district yet near the village of Notre Dame de Monts. These are family owned apartments which have been totally renovated.
There is a designer shaped heated pool and lots of sun bathing space all around. The lovely apartments over-look the pool from your terrace or balcony.
There are only 25 apartments in this complex and 2 are specifically for disabled persons (more details on request). There is a ground floor and a first floor. There is a reception too where you can even order a french breakfast.
With the beach at direct access and some little shops and a pizzeria and bar nearby, and Notre Dame de Monts village only a mile away, this is really an ideal holiday location.
The apartments are very tastefully decorated with new modern furnishings. There are apartments that sleep 6 and 4. details here for the apartment for 6 persons
The apartments that sleep 6, are on average 37m² and have one double bedroom and one small alcove area with bunkbeds, and a sofa-bed in the lounge - so sleep up to 6 people. The double beds are large approx 160cm wide and 90cm for the bunk beds.
There are smaller 1 bedroom apartments available with a double bed room and a sofa-bed in the lounge.
Sheets and towels are included in the price and your beds are made up for you.
The kitchen corner has a fridge, dishwasher and 2 electric rings and a mini oven or micro-wave grill. There is a shower, handbasin and toilet.
There is a telephone in each apartment with calls payable to Reception, and Satelite TV with a british channell can be rented. There are washing machines on the complex.

SECURITY AND CLEANING DEPOSIT A deposit of 230 euros is required on arrival - in cash. It will be returned only if the apartment is clean subject to normal rules.
The apartments were totally refurbished in 2000.
Outside:
Nice pool area with sunbeds open 8 am to 8 pm from approx. early April and heated from approx. 15/6-15/9.
There is small children's playground area by the car park and bike hire available.
Prices:
The price includes : the apartment for 6 or 4 people depening on size of apartment; Sheets and towels are included; your beds will be made up for you for your arrival; water and electricity included; access to pool, table tennis and childrens area and a parking space. Baby packs are Free but please reserve at the same time as your reservation; they include : travel cot, high chair, baby bath, bottle warmer. The following are available Free of charge but require a deposit to be left at reception : iron, hair dryer, grill, board games, yellow sunbed mattress.
The price does not include : Satellite TV with a British/American channel can be rented for 1 week (28 euros) 2 weeks (38 euros); Breakfast : 7.50 euros per day per adult (5.50 per day per child); Bike hire can be orgainised; parasols can be hired (7.50 euros 1 week, 14 euros 2 weeks); any telephone calls are payable as an extra; cleaning and breakage deposit : 200 euros; end of stay cleaning service 46 euros; tourist tax; shared washing machine use at the complex laundry - washing token 6 euros includes soap powder, dryer 3 euros.
