Our Opinion Rating
Villa Mila is ideally situated for easy access to the quaint fishing village of Olhos D'Agua, 5km to the east of Albufeira. Shops and restaurants are just a few minutes walk away, down a sandy track or through the villa and apartment development nearby, and the village centre and beach are a further ten minutes walk.
The spacious superior accommodation consists of entrance hall leading to large L-shaped sitting/dining room with satellite TV (BBC programmes, BBC radio) and French doors to a courtyard area. Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, dining table and doors leading to a covered terrace which overlooks the garden and pool. A rear hall contains a washing machine and freezer.
Upstairs is the master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and French doors to a balcony, two further double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, and another full bathroom. Outside is the pool, terrace, small lawned garden and barbecue area with sink.
Telephone with meter. Prices shown are for up to eight persons. A fifth bedroom is available at a supplement of £100 per week. Swimming pool towels are provided. Maid service.
The 'from' price given below is for the Low Season with maximum occupation of 11 persons. For Mid, High & Peak Season, price will be given on application.
If you wish to BOOK this property, we require a Holding Deposit of £30 to HOLD the property immediately for your party whilst arrangements are made for payment of the deposit to secure.
Upon confirmation that you wish to BOOK, we will send a request via the secure Pay Pal Banking system for £30.
Upon receipt, we will do the following:
i) Put your Property immediately on HOLD for your Party.
ii) The Booking Office will contact you to collect the remaining deposit to secure your dates Booked.
If the Property is BOOKED by someone else prior to receipt of your Holding Deposit via Pay Pal, it will be returned in full to your card.
Please note, however, that once the Booking Office have contacted you to secure your deposit, the Holding Deposit is not refundable at any time.
