This 3 bedroomed villa in beautiful Capistrano Village has an upstairs Lounge/dining room with satellite TV - newly furnished and re-decorated throughout the house. Door leading out to terrace and steps leading down to small garden.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker/oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine.
3 bedroom - sleeps 6 - comprises 2 double bedrooms & twin bedroom. Main bedroom with en-suite is upstairs. Downstairs there are two bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a double bedroom that leads out to the small garden.
2 bathrooms - 1 En-suite shower cabin & a Bathroom downstairs with a new shower cubicle all re-tiled and an access door from both bedrooms.
Linen, towels are provided and changed weekly but please bring your own beach towels. Iron & Board, Ceiling Fans in all rooms, Hair-dryer.
There is cable TV with BBC, ITV, SKY movie channel.
Outdoors is a terrace with patio furniture & BBQ - small garden. In the complex there is an outdoor swimming pool, paddling pool, indoor pool & sauna, tennis courts.
