A double set of patio doors lead to the terrace, which has stunning, panoramic views to the Mediterranean Sea, it is large and fully equipped with furniture. Relax and enjoy the peace and tranquillity, while taking in the breathtaking scenery.
Both bedrooms are air conditioned for your comfort, twin bedded, with plenty of wardrobe space they have their own bathroom facilities and own terrace, complete with patio furniture and panoramic views as far away as Gibraltar. The ground floor houses the 2nd bedroom, while a staircase takes you to the master bedroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, etc. and other appliances you would expect to find in your holiday home. There is also small utility room.
There are three swimming pools including a children’s pool for your use, grass sunbathing terraces with sun loungers, all set in beautiful, and well maintained Mediterranean gardens. There is also a communal tennis court, paddle tennis for the use of guests.
There is 24 hour security and a telephone entry system as well as underground parking with a lift access to the apartment.

Browse the sops, have a coffee, drink or meal in one of the numerous bars and restaurants along the port. Or just stroll along the harbour side and enjoy looking at the luxury boats which are moored.
There are bars and restaurants just outside the complex, along with shops and supermarkets.
