This region of Spain offers an average of 320 days of sunshine each year and as its also one of the driest regions of Spain, its a good spot for holidays all year round. The daytime temperature during the winter months rarely drops below 15 degrees.
The apartment complex is situated on the beaches of the Mar Menor. The Mar Menor is a large salt water lagoon which enjoys average water temperatures of 30c during the summer months.
Because of the shallow water, this makes an ideal location for all sorts of water sports. There are international schools closeby which offer all sorts of nautical activies from scuba diving, water skiing to wind surfing. Everyone is catered for - novice to expert.
The Mar Menor is also home to The Black Mud which is said to help treat rheumatism, arthritis and many other ailments.
Also nearby is the famous La Manga Club which is host to championship golf courses, aswell as tennis courts, spa facilities and a vast range of other activities.
