The villa is advertised as a 3 bedroom villa. There is however, additional accommodation in the basement which has natural light and a further adjacent shower room. The basement can be made up as a further living area or as an additional bedroom (ideal, for example for use by small golfing groups). It can sleep up to 4 people comfortably by way of a sofa bed and two single beds. Use of the basement facility carries an extra weekly charge which is to be agreed with the owners. The garden is compact and offers a small private pool and built-in barbecue with patio. Two electric sun awnings provide shade when necessary and ample garden furniture is provided.
