This is a lovely Villa situated in a central location of Javea in Costa Blanca, Spain. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms & private pool.

Consisting of a family farm house kitchen, three bathrooms and two living rooms. Ideal for family groups who like their privacy as the villa is a very good size.
The villa is on two levels with internal open plan stairs. (Not recommended for very young children between walking age up to 4, supervision would be required in this area)
This Villa is set in a very good location within a 15 minute walk of all of Javea’s facilities.
On The ground floor is a Large lounge/dining room with TV and DVD, music center, log burner and traditional beamed ceilings.
From the lounge is a naya for outside entertaining with views over the pool and terrace.
The kitchen is large and very well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, and fridge /freezer ect.
There is a twin bedroom with a family shower room on this level.
The upstairs bedrooms are 2 good size double rooms; both have en-suite bathrooms. The master room also has a lovely sun terrace from the bedroom.
The villa has ceiling fans and mosquito nets.
Outside there is a large 9x4.5 pool with a shallow and deep end and roman ending steps. Ample terraces surround the pool with numerous sun loungers and grass areas. The garden has mature palms and fruit trees, with gravel and terraced areas.
Lots of outside eating areas, this is a very pretty garden. There is a fabulous outside BBQ and shaded eating area to the back of the villa.
Plenty of secure parking is available. Highly recommended villa.
