Modern well equipped kitchen with oven/hob, extractor, dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine.

First Floor: Master Double Bedroom with fitted wardrobes and balcony. En-suite shower room with 4-piece suite. Two Twin Bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. House Bathroom: 3-piece suite with shower over bath.

Second Floor: Bedroom with double sofa bed, fitted wardrobes. Shower room with 3-piece suite. This room has two separate private terrace areas.

Outside: Outside dining furniture, 4 sun beds. The large communal pool is situated within the well-established tropical garden area.
