This is an exceptionally spacious 7 bedroom villa which lends itself to a large family group who enjoy staying together but like to retain their own relaxation space. It is situated in a picturesque area of Javea with pleasant views of the Montgo Mountain and mature palm tree garden. You can drive to local Bars approximately 5/ 10minutes and Javea beach is just a 5 minutes drive.
The accommodation is on two floors with access Via 2 separate entrances,. Top floor: A large Double bedroom with a separate family bathroom En-suite. Second Double Bedroom with Family bathroom, Lounge /Diner, T/v DVD sat Modern kitchen with dish washer fridge freezer etc.
Ground floor: 3 large bedroom with bathroom
Separate Entrance leads to; self contained. Second Lounge dinner, Kitchen, fully Equipped, Clock room with w/c, Stairs leading to 2 double rooms and Bathroom.

Outside is a very attractive and enclosed 10 x 5m Swimming pool with terracing for sun lounging; with also shaded areas for out side eating and lounging .Out side summer lounge overlooks the pool and garden.
Mature enclosed gardens surround the villa with private walls and fencing. The garden is flat with gravel and terracing. To the front of the villa is parking for 2 cars as well as road parking. The villa has fans in the bedrooms. The villa offers Great accommodation for large groups
Just Five minutes drive from “Javea bay port Four minutes drive from the nearest supermarket, shops and garage. Five minutes drive to the “Arenal” beach area with its shops, boutiques, restaurants and a wonderful 2km boulevard to stroll along in the warm evenings. A couple of minutes further and you’re in the Javea Port and Marina area or the truly amazing Javea “Old Town” which you just simply must walk through.
The Price is exclusive of linen & towels but they can be hired at £7 per person per week.

Description of Area in & around Javea
It is situated in a picturesque area of Javea with pleasant views of the Montgo Mountain and mature palm tree garden. You can drive to local Bars approximately 5/ 10minutes and Javea beach is just a 5 minutes drive.
Javea is situated on the most easterly point on Mainland Spain at the northern end of the Costa Blanca, approximately 100kms from Valencia and 90 kms from Alicante. The coastline has scenic rocky coves, wonderful beaches and dramatic cliffs. Javea has been voted environmentally near perfect by the World Health Organisation and boasts 320 days of sunshine a year! Javea can be divided into three main areas, the Old Town, the Port and the Arenal.
Old Town . This is the ancient town centre steeped in medieval history which has largely been preserved throughout the centuries. Here you can wander through the maze of narrow streets and small plazas. The Gothic fortified church of San Bartolome dominates the centre of the town. This building dates back to the 15th century, half religious half military. At the side of the church is a beautiful Neo Gothic building which houses the indoor market where you can buy local fresh produce daily. The colourful outdoor market takes place every Thursday in the market place.
The Port. This was originally a fishing community but has now become one of the main tourist centres of the town. Here amongst the modern buildings you will find the ancient quarters of narrow streets with the simple whitewashed fishermans houses. It is a lively bustling area with many shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Just the place to sit and sample the local wines whilst watching the fishing boats bringing in the days catch. From the heart of then port rises the majestic structure of the church of Our Lady of Loreto with a roof which imitates the hull of a ship. The modern Nautical Club at the marina has facilities for all forms of water sports.
The Arenal. Javeas blue flag beach where the shore gently slopes into the warm sea. The promenade has a number of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants providing a variety of food to suit all tastes. During the evening in the Summer months, you will find a various stalls here selling a variety of handmade crafts. Many of the bars have live music and there are several discotheques for those that like to dance the night away.
There are also several scenic coves nearby. Grandella , with its crystal clear waters is a favourite for scuba diving and snorkelling as is Portichol. There is even a naturist beach at Ambolo.
Activities. Nearly every kind of watersport is catered for in Javea, and for those who dont want to get their feet wet there is golf, bowls, tennis, cycling, horse riding and hiking to name but a few.
Places to visit. The beautiful city of Valencia with its historic buildings, museums and wonderful shopping centres is only 1 hour away. For the younger members in your party, Benidorms Terra Mitica (40 mins away) theme park is a must, you will also find Acqualandia and Mundomar here. At Gata de Gorgos (8km) you will find what the local craft industries have to offer - palm leaf, rattan and wickerwork articles. The Tourist Office, there are three, one in each area of Javea, will have details of nearby places of interest. Be sure to check if there are any fiestas taking place during your stay, these are always well worth a visit.
