The ground level comprises of two magnificent double bedrooms, 2 ensuite shower rooms, fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, lovely lounge and dining area with flat screen satellite TV. The property also benefits from full central heating.
Outside the villa, there are covered and open terraces, a brick built outside kitchen and barbeque area with table and dining chairs, poolside shower and sun loungers, fish pond with Koi carp, a carport, and the private swimming pool.

Rental conditions: The property can be rented whole, or as two separate apartments. However, it is ideal for 2 families or friends that wish to holiday together but still wish to maintain some privacy and have their own space.
Transfer Conditions:
Airport transfers can be arranged although a car is advisable to visit the numerous varied attractions along the Costa Blanca and competitive car hire can be arranged.
Smoking outside only please. Please bring own beach towels. A basic grocery welcome pack can be arranged for your arrival at an additional £15. Booking deposit 50%. Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to holiday. Refundable damage deposit £200.

Within a 2 minute walk is the Imperial park country club which has a fantastic swimming pool with water chutes and gym facilties.
Calpe offers a variety of facilities include fishing, golf, rock climbing, walking, cycling, scuba diving, water sports facilities, bowling, tennis and horse riding. The resort offers three white sandy beaches, and a fishing port where the local restaurants offer fish dishes freshly caught. There are also a large number of bars and restaurants including Chinese, German, Indian, Spanish and English cuisine, along the beachfront promenade or in the town itself. Within the town you will find abundant nightlife, whether you prefer a quiet cocktail, a late night club, or a touch of Élvis´.
The larger resort of Benidorm with its theme parks, aqua park, shopping and nightlife is a 20 minute drive
