El Green Andaluz, Mijas Golf, is an exceptionally spacious one bedroomed apartment on the ground floor. Furnished and equipped to the highest standard, this luxury apartment accommodates up to four guests.
It features large lounge/dining area, garden room leading onto secluded private garden, large communal pool. This apartment has recently been totally refurbished and finished to the very highest of standards to offer you 5 star luxury living at an affordable price.
The magnificent lounge/diner benefits from a 3 seater sofa (which converts to a spring mattress bed), a 2 seater sofa, coffee table, dining-room table/4 chairs, sideboard and display cabinet, with ornaments and floral displays, TV/DVD, CD/radio and is fitted with 2 ceiling fans as well as 2 wall mounted extractor heaters.
Forming part of the lounge is a “garden room” overlooking the pretty garden which is mainly lawned with bouganvilla, shrubs, pot plants and your very own palm tree and for your added comfort there is a suite of cane furniture consisting of a two seater sofa, two single chairs and coffee table, with floral decorations to compliment the luxury surroundings.
An iron, ironing board, hair-dryer, and cloths airer are supplied. Welcome pack on arrival.
The bedroom is fitted with two single beds, chest of drawers, two bedside cabinets, and large fitted wardrobe, this too is equipped with a 3 speed ceiling fan and wall heater.
This is a truly fabulous apartment which you will want to return to again and again.
The kitchen is equipped with Zanussi dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, halogen hob, oven, extractor fan and fridge-freezer. A full range of cooking and kitchen utensils, including toaster, kettle and coffee maker are available, and a smoke alarm has been fitted.
The apartment has an en-suite bathroom and also separate WC benefiting from separate access to the bathroom and toilet without disturbing guests in the bedroom.
The communal swimming pool at El Andaluz is on an elevated level and there is a lift up to this from the ground floor.
The garden room in the apartment has sliding glass doors opening onto the pretty south facing garden which is surrounded by high foliage so it is very private. Sun loungers are available for your relaxation.

The closest town of Fuengirola is just 10 minutes away, with Benalmadana, Marbella, Puerto Banus, Cabopino and the mountain village resort of Mijas within a short distance as are the beautiful beaches that stretch the length of the Costa del Sol. You can drive to Ronda, Granada and Gibraltar in just over an hour.
El Green Andaluz, is located in the heart of Mijas Golf, an area fast becoming known as Golf Valley. The complex was designed and built with a hint of Moorish history in its architecture which is reflected throughout the complex, with a large splendid grand entrance, columned arches, ornamental fountains, stunning tropical gardens, swimming pool and sun terraces.
The world renowned Byblos Hotel and the two prestigious golf courses of Los Olivos and Los Largos are just a 5 minute walk from the apartment, with the new up and coming Tamisa Hotel only a 10 minute walk away. A taxi rank is located at the entrance to the Byblos Hotel.
During the last decade, Mijas Golf has become one of the most popular golf complexes in Europe, known by the outstanding condition of their courses and the friendly atmosphere and excellent service provided to the clients.
The courses, Los Lagos and Los Olivos, are situated in the valley of Mijas, north of Fuengirola, only twenty minutes from the Málaga international airport and 3.5 kms. from the sea. Both courses pay homage to the architect's philosophy “difficult Par, easy Bogey” –, with very little rough, plenty of water and relatively flat.
We can arrange a taxi from Malaga airport, but we recommend hiring a car to make the most of your holiday as there are so many lovely places to visit along the Costa del Sol.
