On the lower level there is a further double bedroom with luxury en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom with large en-suite shower/bathroom. Both bathrooms are fitted with his and her washbasins. There is also a separate area on this level housing the washing machine.
Outside there is the pool area with built-in BBQ and plenty of seating area. The property is fully enclosed and benefits from telephone entry system and secure gates to the front with ample parking.
