This is a beautiful first floor modern and light apartment only 500 metres from La Grava rocky beach and a 10 minute walk from the sandy Arenal beach. It is on a new complex with a lift to all floors and a shared pool and childrens pool. The front door of the apartment leads into a hall with the lounge diner to the left, kitchen opposite and the 3 bedrooms and family shower room to the right. The lounge diner is very comfortably furnished and has a TV, dining table and chairs. Glass doors lead out from the lounge diner on to a terrace that is suitably furnished and overlooks the pool area. There is also second covered terrace area off the lounge diner. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all necessary appliances. Bedroom 1 is a double with an en-suite bathroom and also has a small balcony. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are twins and are next to the family shower room. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans for cooling. Car parking is in the road only a few metres away.
