Situated in La Sella next to the golf course this is a first floor apartment with spectacular views of Montgo Mountain. This apartment is in an ideal location for golfers and holidaymakers. Facilities within the complex include golf, tennis, horse riding, mountain bike hire, swimming pools, small supermarket, pharmacy, bars and restaurant. La Sella is set amongst fragrant orange groves, olive and almond plantations.
The living dining room is open plan and has patio windows leading to a private, spacious balcony furnished with suitable furniture that is ideal for sun bathing and eating 'Al Fresco'. There are also 2 comfortable sofas, dining table with 4 chairs, TV, video recorder, CD player, board games and books.
The kitchen has a breakfast bar and is fully equipped inclusive of oven & grill, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave and iron & board.
Both bedrooms are twins and there is a family bathroom.
A walkway from the back staircase leads to the communal pools within the pretty, landscaped gardens.

Description of Area in & around Denia
Amenities:
The apartment is only a few minutes drive from the local bar, restaurant & supermarket. The town of Denia is a 10 minute drive.
Golf:
There are three golf courses in the area, Club de Golf La Sella Denia and Club de Golf Olivia Nova both with 18 holes and Club de Golf Javea with 9 holes. Club de Golf La Sella and Club de Golf Oliva Nova are both Championship courses and have driving ranges.
Places to visit. The beautiful city of Valencia with its historic buildings, museums and wonderful shopping centres is only 1 hour away. For the younger members in your party, Benidorm's Terra Mitica (40 mins away) theme park is a must, you will also find Acqualandia and Mundomar here.
At Gata de Gorgos (8km) you will find what the local craft industries have to offer - palm leaf, rattan and wickerwork articles. The Tourist Office, there are three, one in each area of Javea, will have details of nearby places of interest.
Be sure to check if there are any fiestas taking place during your stay, these are always well worth a visit.
