This well-recommended garden apartment is located within the world renowned Mijas Golf complex with its 2 exceptional 18 hole golf courses, clubhouse facilities and the 5 star Byblos Hotel all in close proximity. The apartment is spacious, has a pretty enclosed garden (plus new breakfast conservatory) and enjoys a prime position with the lounge and master bedroom suite overlooking the stunning pool, golf course and the Mijas Mountains beyond. There is direct access from the apartment to the pools and gardens. No stairs involved.

The apartment is all on 1 level from car to apartment and is wheelchair friendly. The following doorway measurements are given as a guide but please discuss your requirements with the owners: front door = 77cm, master bedroom door = 66cm and en-suite door = 57cm.

General
The apartment is fully cleaned/beds made up and ready for you on day of arrival. We provide linen, hand/bath towels (please bring beach towels with you). Guests staying a 2nd week will receive fresh linen/towels delivery.
A complimentary welcome pack of food/drink items will be provided on arrival. Managers available during your stay for any help/advice you may need. Cot or high chair may be ordered when booking. Please remember to obtain adequate travel/medical insurance for you and your family members.

Bathrooms Double bedroom has en-suite bathroom with full bath, overhead shower, WC, and hand basin. Disabled hand rail fitted.

Patio doors lead onto the terrace with direct access to pools and garden areas, Golf views and Mijas mountains. The room is comfortably furnished, cool and well decorated. Oil-filled radiator to ease the chilly winter nights!

Separate children's pool. (Lifeguard on duty) Floats and toys permitted in pool.

In the winter months, when lifeguards are not on duty, the pools' boundaries are clearly marked to comply with European Safety Regulations.

The apartment overlooks 1 of the 5 pools and the lovely grassed tropical gardens. Patio chairs/tables, sunlounges available for guests use.

Sitio del Golf is conveniently situated with a 2-minute level walk from the apartment to the new 4 star Tamisa Golf Hotel with its lovely restaurant and bar/pool terrace. Beauty Salon and hairdressing is available also. For something more casual there are several Spanish 'Ventas' close by for barbecues and a full menu of international food and snacks. You may also book for horse riding and trekking. The large town of Fuengirola is a short drive and has everything you would need for your shopping and social life whilst in Spain. A popular weekly market is held on Tuesdays, selling everything from fruit, vegetables and spices to clothing, ceramics, leather and giftware.
Mijas is a beautiful village set high in the mountains with wonderful scenery. It is famous for the charming donkey taxis in which the locals will be delighted to take you and show you their picturesque village. There are some very good restaurants here, quaint shops and the famous old bullring.

Beaches and the marina are just minutes away by car. The town of Fuengirola is a short drive and supermarkets, restaurants, banks etc are easily reached as is the Tamisa Golf Hotel that is adjacent to the complex and a minutes walk. Puerto Banus and Marbella are within 30 minutes.

The apartment is situated on Mijas Golf complex that has two l8 hole courses plus clubhouse, shop, restaurant and bar. It is only a few minutes by car to the clubhouse for making your bookings etc. Please ask them about special offers, for example, (twilight tee-off times) which offer discounts.
There is a BBQ/Bar area with 5-minutes walk of the apartment.
Golf, Horse-racing, Cycling, Biking, Sailing, Diving, Windsurfing, Fishing, Paragliding, Swimming, Horse riding, Tennis, and Lots of bars restaurants and Evening Entertainment! There is a Water Park, Sea World and a Safari Park within 20 Km.
Day tours to Gibraltar, Tangier, Granada, and Jerez are available and you are picked up from outside the apartment. Visit beautiful Ronda or any of the famous ‘white villages’ by car or guided tour. The marinas of Marbella, Benalmadena, Puerto Banus, and Cabopino offer all sorts of boating, fishing and water sports.
