Description of Villa
in Javea:
This beautiful five bedroom villa is set in large private gardens in a rural area in Javea. The villa has countryside views, to one side and yet only minutes walk to the nearest restaurant and five minutes drive to the beach.
The villa comprises of an entrance through an arched naya (terrace) with it’s old traditional Tosca stone arches and historical columns with bougainvillea rambling up and over across the entrance to the villa.
We come straight in to the ‘L’ shaped lounge and dining room, with television and video. There is a log burning fire, so the villa is ideal for winter lets.
The fully fitted kitchen boasts dishwasher, microwave and a washing machine.The bedrooms are distributed perfectly for families who want to be away from noisy children – or vice versa! There are two double bedrooms with shower room to the left side of the lounge and to the right of the lounge there is another hallway with 3 twin bedrooms and a bathroom. From the lounge we lead out onto a patio area with large farmhouse table under the pergola which is ideal for ‘Al’ Fresco’ dining.
Here you will also find an indoor BBQ which also boasts a clay oven which was once used for baking bread, ideal for those windy days or anyone wanting to get out of the sun.
The pool is 5m x 11m and enclosed with walls and a gate, it is ideal for small children and you can relax with the knowledge that they have no access to this area unless you wish them to. There is another brick built BBQ (poolside) and a corner bar with plenty of terracing around the pool for sunbathing.
The gardens are laid out with part lawns, with palm trees and part terracing. To one side we have an orchard of almond trees and to the rear orange and pomegranates.

Description of Area in & around Javea
Javea, Costa Blanca, Spain
Javea is situated on the most easterly point on Mainland Spain at the northern end of the Costa Blanca, approximately 100kms from Valencia and 90 kms from Alicante.
The coastline has scenic rocky coves, wonderful beaches and dramatic cliffs. Javea has been voted environmentally near perfect by the World Health Organisation and boasts 320 days of sunshine a year! Javea can be divided into three main areas, the Old Town, the Port and the Arenal.
Places to visit. The beautiful city of Valencia with its historic buildings, museums and wonderful shopping centres is only 1 hour away. For the younger members in your party, Benidorms Terra Mitica (40 mins away) theme park is a must, you will also find Acqualandia and Mundomar here.
At Gata de Gorgos (8km) you will find what the local craft industries have to offer - palm leaf, rattan and wickerwork articles. The Tourist Office, there are three, one in each area of Javea, will have details of nearby places of interest. Be sure to check if there are any fiestas taking place during your stay, these are always well worth a visit.
