Situated in a peaceful location on the prestigious La Sella resort, the Villa is furnished and equipped to the highest possible standard.
Set in beautiful mature gardens with several terraces, open and shaded, private pool and panoramic views, the Villa offers everything a discerning holidaymaker requires. There is off street parking with space for one car, plus easy parking on the street for more vehicles. A car is a necessity for this villa.
The Lounge is tastefully furnished with two sofas, glass coffee table, lamps etc, large picture window with hillside and mountain views. There is a TV which receives SKY, DVD and Video. The dining area has a glass dining table which seats 6, and sideboard.
The kitchen is fully fitted with base and wall units, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, washing machine and ceiling fan. A dishwasher is planned for 2007.
Bedrooms: There is one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a second double which can convert to twin beds. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and fitted wardrobes.
Bathrooms: One en-suite bathroom to the the master bedroom, one seperate shower room.
Garden: 8 x 4 private pool, mountain / hillside views. Open terrace with patio furniture and sunloungers. Shaded pergola to catch breeze with hammock. Gas barbecue. There is strictly a no smoking policy inside the villa.
The Price includes cleaning before and after stay, all electricity, mains water and laundry, bed-linen, towels and tea towels are provided with a mid-stay change on two week bookings.
There is a security deposit taken for this property which may be in the form of a credit card authorisation.
