This cottage is situated on the edge of the Medieval Town of Josselin with spectacular views over the Chateau of the Duke of Rohan and the Nantes-Brest Canal.
The house and cottage are set in grounds of around 1 acre but positioned on terraced gardens affording privacy or solitude if needed.
This property is one of the oldest in Josselin and has been restored to give comfortable accommodation to up to 16 people. The Main house sleeps 12.
Attached to the main house and accommodating a further 4 people is a 2 bedroomed cottage with a large open plan lounge with comfortable 3 piece suite, TV/Video and CD Player. This cottage can be rented separately or as extra accommodation for larger parties, it is ideal for families and friends wanting to holiday together but wishing to maintain their privacy.

The Shower room and seperate toilet are through to the rear of the cottage.
Rear Door leads onto the gardens and Pool area / Barbecue. The Pool 9.15m x 4.60m is situated at the side of the property access is by the Patio and locked gate onto Decking.
The gardens are a haven for peace and quiet or for the children to play hide and seek.
In the extensive grounds is a swimming pool for use by the house and cottage.
