This town house is situated in Carvajal on the outskirts of Benalmadena, within easy reach of Fuengirola. It is in a quiet location, but near to buses and trains.

There is a large swimming pool and children's area and the beach is just a 2-minute walk. On the ground level you will find a balcony leading from the lounge, a fully equipped kitchen including fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. On the first floor the Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and balcony, the second bedroom has twin beds. There is a full bathroom on this level and stairs leading to the sun terrace. The house enjoys the benefit of Air Conditioning/Heating and there is a security entry phone.
