Description of Villa
in Josselin:
These are 2 cottages situated in a small hamlet approximately 3 km west of the Medieval Town of Josselin. The Hamlet is quiet and has good access for walking and biking.
Cottage 1
Entrance door opens onto the Lounge area which has a comfortable three piece suite, Television/Video which also receives French TV programmes. The staircase to the 1st floor is in this room.
Open entrance to the Dining area with table and six chairs a bar separates the raised kitchen area which houses the Cooker, Microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. The rear door leads onto the patio area and steps lead onto the garden.
The first floor has to the right of the landing the main bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and small cabinet. The next bedroom has the bunk beds, onto the left of the landing is the third bedroom with twin beds, Next door is the Shower room.
The cottages are set in large gardens, which are mainly to the side and the rear. The Pool area which has the above ground pool measuring 7m x 3m is to the rear of the garden and is walled and fenced to afford privacy. The pool is enclosed in a small walled patio with access to the pool.
There is a barbecue in the garden, A Table Tennis Table and Badminton net are also provided. Each cottage has its own garden furniture and sun brolly.
All facilities are shared between the 2 cottages.

Saturday morning.
