This is a delightful detached three bedroom cottage with pool situated in its own picturesque grounds, in a rural setting.

The kitchen area is seperated by oak beams and consists of a modern country style kitchen with cooker, microwave and fridge freezer along with a washing machine and dish weasher.
A Breton stone and wood spiral staircase leads to the second floor with; Main bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobes, ensuite shower with washbasin and toilet.
The second bedroom has pine twin single beds. The third bedroom has pine bunk beds. The main shower room is on the hallway.
The rear entrance leads onto a patio area with garden furniture and a sun brolly. The gardens surround the whole of the property with open countryside on three sides.
The pool is in the rear of the garden and is above ground measuring 5.5m round.
The parking area for the property is at the top of the driveway.

The Medieval Town of Josselin is a must for visitors with Restaurants,
Bars and Cafes. Market days are Vannes Tuesday morning and Josselin
Saturday morning.
