This typical two bedroom Spanish style townhouse is located within walking distance to the restaurants and bars on the ever popular Avenida de Espana. The property is set amongst beautiful tropical gardens with a paddle court and swimming pool.

Accommodation consists of a double bedroom and a further twin bedded bedroom next to the bathroom on the upper floor. Patio doors lead from the master bed to the private terrace. A separate shower room is found downstairs.

The living room with attached dining area enjoys views to the garden area. There is a patio table and chairs on the private terrace which leads directly on to the gardens. The living/dining room comprises of comfortable sofas, glass dining table and chairs, TV with some English language channels, CD player and occasional tables.

The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils and modern appliances. Washing machine, microwave.

The terrace overlooks the extensive gardens where the swimming pool and paddle court can be found.

We are also able to arrange airport transfers and golfing services at competitive prices.
