There is a second seating area for out side entertaining on the covered naya.
The Fully equipped modern Kitchen leads from the dinning section, the kitchen has fridge freezer, dish washer, washing machine, built-in oven, gas hob and microwave.

Outside is a very attractive and enclosed 12x5Swimming pool with terracing and Great sea and mountain views, the terrace is large for sun lounging; with also shaded areas for out side eating and lounging .
Mature surround, the villa is private with walls and fencing.
To the front of the villa is parking for 2 cars as well as road parking.
The villa offers a real taste of paradise, ideal for those that want real luxury.
