This delightful property is set over two floor. Upstairs is the main house, consisting of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a shared bathroom, a modern kitchen, spacious lounge, large closed in naya as well as an open naya, great for all weathers, and with wonderful views from every aspect. The property is heated and air conditioned, making is great for winter and summer lets. Stairs from the naya upstairs lead down to several terraces, with many places to choose from to sit and relax. The apartment downstairs is accessed externally via these stairs, and this consists of one double bedroom with a bathroom as well as a spacious lounge / diner and lovely kitchen. Patio doors from the apartment, open directly onto the pool terrace, with 5 or six steps down to the pool and barbecue area. The swimming pool is 8m x 4m and enjoys almost complete privacy, as well as wonderful valley and sea views. There is space in the downstairs lounge to hire in two extra folding beds for children.

The property is located very close to Mas y Mas supermarket, with a good variety of restaurants and shops in very easy walking distance. it is possible to walk to Moraira in around 20 minutes, but at times this road does not benefit from the safety of pavements and can be very busy.
