This lovely 2 bedroom town house was built in 2004 and is tastefully furnished and equipped for the perfect budget holiday. Situated in the exclusive Pueblo De La Paz development at Cumbre Del Sol close to Moraira and Javea.
The house benefits from use of a stunning swimming pool complex, bar and restaurant just two minutes walk away! It is situated approximately 15 minutes drive to the lovely town of Moraira with all amenities and beautiful golden sandy beaches.
There is a small rear garden as well as use of the exclusive residents pool area that sets a benchmark for shared pools. The pool and terraces are very large with depths to suit all ages and secured by private key entry making it ideal for families with young children. The upper floor provides two bedrooms, one with double bed the other with two twins, both with fitted wardrobes as well as a modern well fitted bathroom. The double bedroom has a small private terrace with stunning sea views.
The good sized lounge/diner with some full satellite TV and VCR leads on to a shaded south facing private terrace that offers outstanding views of the sea. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge. There is a fully fitted kitchen complete with full oven, hob, microwave and washing machine.
