This 5/6 person house is amongst a small group of houses within easy access to the town centre at only 1km but 300 metres to the nearest small shops. Newly built with its’own raised above ground hexagonal pool (5.30 m x 3.70 m) and a large patio area the width of the house where you can soak up the sun all day long.
The pool is not heated, but has a plastic cover and is fenced off with a lockable gate to secure the pool area. Wooden fencing divides the garden into two sections.
This bungalow is very pleasant, simple but nicely furnished in a contemporary style, modern and bright and airy.
This house is approx 70m˛. It is a newly built bungalow with parking for one car in front of gates and also one car can park within the enclosed garden.
Brand new fitted kitchen equipped with a microwave, an electric oven, a hob with 3 gas rings and one electric ring and an extractor fan, small dishwasher, and integrated larder fridge. There is a top loader freezer and a washing machine. The kitchen is open plan and leads into the living room/dining room area.
There is a Sofa bed 130cm wide in the lounge, two Ikea soft armchairs and a french TV as well as a dining table with benches and coffee table. There are 3 double bedrooms upstairs, a shower room and a separate WC. The first bedroom has a small double bed (130cm), the second bedroom has a double bed (140 cm) and a cupboard. The third bedroom has a double bed, side table and wardrobe.
Garden furniture is provided including sun loungers and an awning, as well as a table and chairs. The patio is overlooking the pool. There is parking for one car in front of the gates and also one car can park within the enclosed front garden.
