These fantastic townhouses offer a whole host of home comforts for your self catering holiday. The accommodation comprises of 2 good sized bedrooms, both offering built in wardrobes, from the main bedroom are sliding patio doors which lead onto a small balcony area which overlooks the pool. There is a family bathroom located between the bedrooms and there is also a separate shower room which is located on the ground floor. The kitchen offers modern appliances which include ceramic hob, fan assisted oven, fridge freezer and microwave. There is a separate utility area which is where the washing machine is located. From the kitchen there is a large lounge/dining area and this has sliding patio doors which leads onto the patio area.
The house benefits from air conditioning and English TV. The channels on the English system include BBC 1 and 2, ITV, sports channels including Prem Plus, film channels and news channels.
The patio area is a great size for eating outdoors and there plenty of room to sunbath here. Each patio area overlooks the grassed pool area and this is therefore great if you have children as you can keep an eye on them from this area.

Description of Area in & around Mar de Cristal, La Manga
The complex is located in the village of Mar de Cristal which is a Spanish village on the coast of the Mar Menor. The Mar Menor is a large salt water lagoon which enjoys warm shallow waters ideal for families. This area is a fantastic spot for all types of water sports and within the area you can go diving, sailing or wind surfing. The village offers a selection of small restaurants and shops and the beach is just a 5 minute walk from the complex.
La Manga strip is around 10 minutes away by car and offers a great choice of bars and restaurants. La Manga Club is also located close by and this too offers a great choice of bars and restaurants as well as tennis, golf and spa facilities. The club is open all year round to the public so if you wish to fill your holiday with activities - you can do so without needing to travel too far.
The Murcia region has historic towns, local fiestas, rocky cliffs and endless beaches. The weather is very favourable throughout the year boasting an average of 320 days of sunshine per year. Winters are relatively mild and this therefore makes a great year round spot.
