A beautiful large sunny villa on 2 levels situated in a picturesque part of Javea. There are many restaurants, supermarkets and tennis courts and golf courses all within a short drive. Many small beaches are close by and the main beach and town centre of Javea is approximately a 5 to 10 min drive away.
The villa is a private home, and furnished comfortably. This villa has been decorated and furnished to a very good standard including fitted kitchen, 2 bathrooms and shower room and tiled light floors etc.
Outside there is ample parking for many cars and the plot is walled in for privacy. The pool is very private and has ample terrace area with sun loungers. Inside the property there is a very large lounge dining area with patio doors opening on to terrace and the pool area. The room has many nice features; Tosca arches fire place. There is TV and video/DVD and C/D player. From the dining area there is access to the Naya.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including fridge and microwave electric oven and gas hob and washing machine.
The master bedroom has an en-suite, shower room.
Bed 2 is a good size room with twin beds.
Bed 3 is also a twin bed room with built in wardrobes.
Bathroom opposite these 2 rooms.
Bed 4 down stairs has double and one single.
There is a family shower room with w/c adjacent to these rooms.
