The apartment is mainly detached and surrounded by communal gardens is only 15 meters from the nearest of 5 luxury swimming pools and is only 1 minute stroll from the beach.
There is a large lounge and dining area, with a large terrace, 3 double bedrooms - 2 with terrace (E/W views of pool or gardens), 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite bath/shower and 1 disabled friendly shower room).
A fully fitted kitchen (inc. dishwasher & microwave) laundry room with sink and washing machine subterranean garage with automatic gates and elevator to front door, 28'' widescreen satellite tv in lounge and portable tv in bedrooms.
Hot and cold air-conditioning throughout & underfloor heating in bathrooms, high security front door and window blinds , door entry phone system and private safe restricted access with 24 hr security patrols.
2 bedrooms have twin single beds and the master bedroom has a double bed which can be un-zipped to provide twin single beds if needed (bed-linen for each scenario).
All three bedrooms have air-conditioning. 2 bedrooms have terraces and 2 have en-suite bath/shower rooms (bedroom 3 has a communal shower room opposite with shower stool).
All have fitted wardrobes with internal drawers and a beside table and lamp and a colour portable television, there are security roller blinds on the windows plus curtains and nets.
The kitchen is fully-fitted with oven and hob, extractor, sink, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle. It is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery,
saucepan, utensil and glassware sets.
