Farmhouse Maison Principale is a large 2 floored cottage in a small complex situated in this beautiful tranquil and undiscovered part of Brittany.
The farmhouse has 6 bedrooms 2 of which have showers and washbasins. The downstairs TV children's room can be used as an optional 7th bedroom.
There is a large well equipped kitchen with a dish washer, washing machine, large cooker, microwave oven, and is generally well kitted out to cater for large groups.
The well hedged garden garden gives complete privacy from the world.
Originally a working farm, this small complex stands in it’s own ground of over two acres. The complex (gites and farmhouse) has superb facilities such as heated swimming pool, apple orchards, swings, barbecues, games room with table tennis, pool, childrens toys, and new for 2002 is our family sauna.
Each proprty has its own private garden for outdoor eating and BBQ. On site you can relax by our swimming pool (12m x 6m - covered each night to retain the heat) or let the children play in their own play area while you have a game of boule or just relax amidst the cider apple trees in the orchard.
The local beach has an excellent water sports centre where you can hire dinghies, sand yachts or try your hand at wind surfing. Tennis and horse riding are within 5 minutes drive.
For those that enjoy walking, there are 5 different walks that you can take from the gites that range from an easy stroll to a good 2 hour hike through the beautiful surrounding countryside and woods.

Situated in this beautiful, tranquil and undiscovered part of Brittany between Morlaix and Lannion 2 minutes drive from the sea but only 35 minutes from the ferry ports of Roscoff or 2 hours from St. Malo.
Beautiful sandy beaches are only one and half kms away (a 20 minute walk) through lanes and woods.
For your self-catering taste-buds and for the real french flavour, we recommend Lannion market for your fresh food shopping and lunch time eating at the "Chateigner" only 10 minutes away where a 5 course meal costs just £6 per person, probably the best value meal anywhere! you'll not eat again that day.
