La Villee is an elegant 18th century house in the wonderful area of the Emerald Coast and within fifteen minutes (10kms) of Dinard and Saint Malo. Completely renovated and offers a very high standard of comfort.
4 double bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms, sleeps 6 or 8.A fully equipped kitchen with washing/drying machines, micro-wave, dish washer. Large salon with open fireplace.
Outside there are extensive grounds with over half an acre of trees and gardens.
Close by there are many activities - golf - tennis - horse riding - water sports - fishing - sailing. The local food is world famous and there are many fine restaurants in the region.
The owner is a working artist and scupter, there is the possiblilty of courses in sculture and design in these beautiful surroundings.
