This is a beautiful modern villa in the quiet and select area of Los Molinos in Benitachell. The villa has lovely panoramic views and a distant sea view from the covered terrace making it ideal for ‘al fresco’ dining.
The villa is tastefully furnished and decorated making it very light and bright. The living area including the bedrooms are all on one level and with only a few steps up into the villa this is suitable for the elderly and infirm.
Entry is through security gates and onto the covered terrace that leads into the lounge dining room. The fully fitted and equipped kitchen is to the left with the bedrooms and shower rooms at the rear. The covered terrace overlooks the swimming pool.

The typically Spanish town of Benitachell is only a 5 minute drive away and offers all local amenities including supermarkets, pharmacy, weekly Wednesday market, cash point, bank, butchers and bakers.
The towns of Moraira and Javea are both just a 10 minute drive away with their lovely sandy beaches, bars, restaurants, shops & supermarkets.
Golf:
There are three golf courses in the area, Club de Golf Javea and Club de Golf Ifach, both with 9 holes and Club de Golf La Sella,Denia with 18 holes. Club de Golf La Sella is a Championship course and driving range designed by Seve Ballesteros.
Places to visit. The beautiful city of Valencia with its historic buildings, museums and wonderful shopping centres is only 1 hour away. For the younger members in your party, Benidorm's Terra Mitica (40 mins away) theme park is a must, you will also find Acqualandia and Mundomar here.
At Gata de Gorgos you will find what the local craft industries have to offer - palm leaf, rattan and wickerwork articles. The Tourist Office, there are three, one in each area of Javea, will have details of nearby places of interest.
Be sure to check if there are any fiestas taking place during your stay, these are always well worth a visit.
