Situated in the quiet Los Molinos area overlooking the charming Spanish town of Benitachell, this is a spacious 3 bedroom detached luxury villa sleeping 6 people.
The property is built on three levels with the main living area on the first and second floors with a communal pool at the rear of the villa.
The beautiful coastal towns and sandy beaches of Javea and Moraira are both only a 15 min drive away. Benitachell is only a 5 min drive away and has a variety of bars, restaurants and shops. There is easy car parking at the property.
Entry to the property from road level is up an exterior staircase to the front door that leads into the bright living room / dining room. The living area is furnished with a 5 seater modular sofa, coffee table, satellite TV, cabinet, hi fi, log burner, bookcase with a video library and ceiling fan.
A set of glazed double doors leads out on to the naya (covered terrace) furnished with a table and chairs and the garden. The dining area has a table and 4 matching chairs, sideboard, small table with lamp and a ceiling fan.
There is a fitted American style kitchen that is fully equipped with an electric oven with gas hob, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The washing machine and fridge freezer are situated in the garage on the ground floor.
A hallway leads from the living room to the bathroom on the left, bedroom 2 at the end and bedroom 3 on the right. The fully tiled bathroom has a shower cubicle, bath, basin, bidet and toilet and bedroom 2 has a double bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, wall mirror, 2 bedside drawer units and a ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 has bunk beds, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and a ceiling fan.
The stairs with a wrought iron banister lead off the living room to the top floor bedroom. A cupboard containing an iron & board, clothes airer and brooms etc is to the left of the stairs. The top floor master bedroom is a double with a spacious built in wardrobe, wall mirror, 2 bedside drawer units and a ceiling fan.
A set of glazed double doors lead out onto the south facing balcony with views to the hills and communal pool. The fully tiled en-suite bathroom has a shower cubicle, bidet, basin, bath & toilet.
Outside the villa garden is well stocked and there is easy car parking. The communal pool is to the rear of the property only a few metres away and is shared by only 5 other properties.

Places to visit. The beautiful city of Valencia with its historic buildings, museums and wonderful shopping centres is only 1 hour away. For the younger members in your party, Benidorm's Terra Mitica (40 mins away) theme park is a must, you will also find Acqualandia and Mundomar here. At Gata de Gorgos (8km) you will find what the local craft industries have to offer - palm leaf, rattan and wickerwork articles. The Tourist Office, there are three, one in each area of Javea, will have details of nearby places of interest. Be sure to check if there are any fiestas taking place during your stay, these are always well worth a visit.
