Both of these apartments are south facing ground floor apartments with stunning views over Las Ramblas golf course. Connected via the private rear patio moving between them takes only a few seconds. (id code 314 for single apartment or 315 for both).
These apartments can be rented separately between Oct 1 - May 31. Singly they make an ideal holiday retreat, or as a pair they provide plenty of facilities and plenty of space for a large party or two families holidaying together. Single apartment sleeps 4-5 persons.
A pair of south facing ground floor apartments with wonderful views over Las Ramblas golf course. Either apartment contains: Two twin bedrooms and two bathrooms. Pool and jacuzzi right outside one of the apartments.
Five minutes walk to 1st tee and clubhouse bar/restaurant.
Clean sandy beaches 10 minutes drive.

Description of Area in & around Torrevieja
Apartments, Torrevieja, Costa Blanca, Spain
These apartments are owned and managed by an English couple, who live in Villamartin, five minutes drive away. The apartments are situated in the heart of the Las Ramblas golf complex and have wonderful views of the course from all rooms and verandahs. It is 5 minutes walk to the first tee, the practice fairway and the golf clubhouse, which has a good snack menu you can enjoy on the terrace overlooking the 18th green. There is a small supermarket catering especially for overseas visitors within 5 minutes drive.
Torrevieja, the nearest large town, is abut 20 minutes drive. Here there is a large fishing port, yacht club, plenty of shops, bars and restaurants, an Aquapark, new seafront promenade and open-air markets.
For golfers the new La Finca golf course is 25 minutes drive, La Manga 45 minutes.
Terra Mitica, Aqualandia and Mundomar theme parks are about a 80 minutes drive. The theme parks Terra Mitica, Aqualandia and Mundomar are just outside Benidorm, which is approximately 80 minutes drive away.
The Theme Parks are a good day out for all of the family and to get the full benefit of the day, you need to go in the morning as there is a lot to do and a lot to see. Terra Mitica is huge and will take all day to see most of it - you may want to go for 2 days to make sure that you do see everything!
