A feature of this casita is the delightful gardens with magnificent views of the Sierra Nevada from every aspect. The Casa has secluded corners, terraces and balconies to facilitate relaxation and provide sheltered areas in which to enjoy the sunshine.
For the brave the swimming pool is purified by the latest aqua-tronic system - chlorine is not used and it is like swimming in spring water - and just as cold! The English lady owner lives permanently on site.
Ideal for skiing in the Sierra Nevada, sightseeing in Granada, walking, cycling, horse riding in the Alpujarras and winter sunshine on the costa - just 30 minutes drive away.
With a backdrop of snowy mountain peaks it is a painters paradise. The cooler, but still sunny warm weather makes these activities even more enjoyable. The log stove in the delightfully furnished lounge of the casita ensures a relaxed and cosy evening to end the day (with a bottle of Rioja!).
We are sorry but the property is not suitable for children under the age of 12.
The property has good access to the road.

Orgiva is a bustling market town with supermarkets, banks with ATM´s, internet cafe and many bars and restaurants. The market is held every Thursday and should not be missed! The Spa town of Lanjaron is 8kms en route to the historic city of Granada which is just 50 minutes drive from the casita. Tina will be pleased to put you in touch with local people organising guided walks, bike hire and escorted mountain biking, horse riding for experienced riders, hang gliding and also provide full information on skiing in the Sierra Nevada. Autumn provides extraordinary shades of colour and as winter approaches the sunsets increase in intensity turning the mountains through shades of salmon pink to deep purple.
